Role overview

As a Retail Shift Manager with Lidl GB in Weymouth, you will play a key part in keeping store standards high and day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, support and energise your team, and help the store perform in a busy, high-pressure retail setting.
