  • Arrange travel for candidate interviews when needed.
  • Respond to and resolve candidate escalations.
  • Rotate through administrative TA Operations work such as contractor conversion, relocation management, ad hoc reporting, and testing support for automation, process improvement, and M&A-related changes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate-level Excel ability.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills, as the role supports internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
  • Familiarity with Workday recruiting tools, scheduling software, CRM systems, and employee onboarding platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to handle routine office-based work with accuracy and moderate supervision.
  • General office working conditions.

Work environment and compensation
