The position supports leading companies in the region by delivering direct-hire, contract, and contract-to-hire hiring solutions for important technical positions. Core Work
- Find and connect with candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Work with teammates to understand client expectations and technical job requirements.
- Present qualified candidates and support compensation guidance.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
- Support candidates throughout interviews, feedback, and offer discussions.
- Oversee consultants during assignments and help with redeployment efforts.
- Make sure pre-employment steps such as references, background checks, and drug screening are completed efficiently.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Track recruiting trends and contribute new sourcing ideas.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another client-facing position.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using technology, doing online research, and leveraging social media for sourcing.
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset combined with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
