Role overview
As a Receptionist with Hilton in the United Arab Emirates, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key part in creating a welcoming hotel experience. Your day will center on smooth arrivals and departures, attentive guest support, and clear communication that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Offer a friendly and professional welcome to arriving guests, complete check-in formalities, confirm reservation details, allocate rooms, hand over keys, and assist with welcome information or bell service support where needed.
- Handle guest departures efficiently by checking charges, processing payments, generating receipts, and operating the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
- Stay well informed about the hotel’s services, room categories, pricing, offers, and nearby local attractions so you can answer guest questions confidently.
- Use sales-minded service approaches to suggest hotel amenities and help increase revenue from rooms and other services.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, address concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.
