Job Summary
This role is centered on steering and tracking project delivery so that work is completed on schedule, stays within approved budgets, and meets required quality benchmarks. The position also involves keeping a close watch on project performance, risk, cost, and the coordination needed between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead real estate development assignments through every stage, starting from planning and design and continuing through execution to final completion and handover.
- Track progress against timelines, budgets, costs, and broader delivery targets.
- Compile project update reports that summarize status, achievements, risks, issues, and suggested actions.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep execution moving smoothly.
- Identify project risks, schedule slippages, and scope changes, and take corrective steps when needed.
- Examine contracts, claims, and variations while making sure project requirements are followed.
- Assess project expenditure, cash flow, and funding needs in coordination with the Finance team.
- Contribute to governance processes, reporting routines, procedures, and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and project management standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, ideally in real estate development.
- Hands-on familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile.
- Working knowledge of contracts, claims, and change management.
- Strong capability in planning and managing projects.
- Ability to handle several projects and competing priorities at once.
- Well-developed analytical ability in cost control, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite role.
