Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can operate with a high degree of independence and make decisions with the business outcome in mind. This position sits within a studio that partners with technology companies and startups across Europe and Central Asia. The work centers on finding growth opportunities and product-market fit through research into products, markets, and users, then turning those insights into strategy. The scope also includes positioning, brand identity, websites, communications, product and mobile app design, testing marketing hypotheses, and handling ad campaign production and special projects. The role may shift between several studio initiatives, with current emphasis on fintech, banking, and HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product management process end to end, starting with market analysis and hypothesis creation and continuing through feature release and post-launch performance review.
• Study market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Shape product direction and create roadmaps for studio-led projects.
• Work closely with internal specialists and client-side teams across functions.
• Maintain direct communication with clients.
• Monitor core product indicators and build reports for stakeholders.

Required background and experience

• Hands-on experience with varied product types, including B2C and B2B solutions across web and mobile.
• Strong understanding of key product and growth metrics such as MPU, ARPU, LTV, CPI, CPM, and related measures.
• Demonstrated ability to independently define product strategy and put it into practice at a tactical level.
• Comfort using analytics and business terminology to align teams, organize sprints, and manage product processes.
• Capacity to oversee 3 or more projects at the same time.
• Conversational-level English communication skills.
