Private Equity Associate, Generalist

The position gives you exposure to the full investment cycle, including finding opportunities, assessing them, executing transactions, and helping drive value creation at portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and help execute private equity deals in healthcare, business services, and industrials.
• Build detailed financial models, perform valuation work, and conduct sector and company research.
• Support due diligence efforts and coordinate with management teams, lenders, consultants, and advisors.
• Draft investment committee presentations and communicate analysis to senior leadership.
• Track portfolio company results and assist with strategic initiatives alongside operating teams.
• Contribute to transaction execution, financing work, and exit preparation.

Candidate profile

• About 2 years of investment banking experience at a leading platform.
• Experience in healthcare, business services, or industrials is preferred.
• Strong capability in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to handle several priorities at once in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
