Role overview
This full-time position is based at Walmart Supercenter #5151 in Rome, Georgia. The role sits within the vision center and is focused on helping customers with eye-care related purchases and order completion.
Vision associates help confirm prescription details, support customers in choosing the right eyewear, and process lens and eyewear orders. Duties can differ depending on state rules and licensing requirements.
Work schedule and location
Location: 825 Cartersville Hwy SE, Rome, GA 30161, US.
Available shifts include opening and morning shifts.
Compensation
In addition to base pay, this role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 may also apply in certain situations, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the work being performed. More than one premium can be paid when the qualifying conditions are met.
