Amtivo Ireland is hiring a part-time Office Coordinator for its Dublin office on a fixed-term 6-month contract. This onsite role is scheduled for 3 days per week and offers a salary of €24,000 pro rata. Office and facilities support

  • Help maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming office environment.

  • Order office consumables such as stationery, kitchen items, refreshments, and other supplies.
  • Handle post, courier bookings, taxis, and day-to-day office administration.

  • Support onboarding for new joiners, including preparation of IT equipment and workspace setup.

  • Oversee the collection, return, tracking, and secure disposal of equipment for departing staff.
