Role Overview

What You Will Do

Hold detailed consultations with clients to understand their preferences, values, and relationship objectives.
Use matchmaking tools, process-driven methods, and your own judgment to create strong potential matches.
Source suitable candidates through focused recruiting efforts and carefully screen them for compatibility. Recruiting is a major part of this position.
Maintain smooth, positive communication with clients throughout their matchmaking experience.
Offer ongoing guidance and adjust your approach as each client’s needs and relationship circumstances change.
Provide dating coaching by sharing current industry insights and tailoring strategies to each client’s goals.
Help clients build practical dating plans and improve their confidence in today’s dating environment.
Support clients over time with feedback, coaching adjustments, and skill-building.
Manage and improve online dating profiles for clients, including app-based profile optimization and outreach.
Keep up with trends in online dating and apply best practices to strengthen profile performance and connection success.
Attract clients interested in dating coaching and online profile management services.

Requirements

Excellent people skills and a sincere interest in helping others form relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfort using technology and adapting to different matchmaking platforms and systems.
Background in matchmaking, counseling, or a similar field, plus health, wellness, or lifestyle certifications.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads successfully.
