Hickory’s Smokehouse is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support a busy, energetic kitchen in Telford. The brand is one of the UK’s fastest-growing restaurant and BBQ groups and is known for authentic American-style barbecue. What the role involves
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well organised at all times
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen equipment
- Helping the team maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Working effectively in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment
- Supporting chefs and collaborating with a positive, motivated kitchen team
- Building skills through training and development opportunities
