What you will be doing

• Collect and organize information on how financial services companies arrange their operations and leadership groups.
• Prepare concise summaries of market trends, highlighting what they mean for current advisory work.
• Identify concrete examples of how organizations handle handoffs, accountability, and ownership structures.
• Maintain a well-structured internal research archive that is easy to search and reuse.
• Track trade journals and financial news to spot new issues that may affect clients.
• Write clear notes after strategy discussions so action items and research tasks remain visible.
• Use basic data tools to compare management approaches and identify patterns that appear effective.
• Check your own work carefully for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before it is shared with the team.
