Inventory Analyst

Role Overview

Schebler Company is hiring an Inventory Analyst to join its Operations team. This position is suited to someone who is highly analytical, attentive to detail, and motivated to support production through accurate inventory management and smoother material movement.

What You’ll Do

• Track inventory balances and review patterns or changes over time.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate and correct mismatches.
• Keep ERP and inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Help manage inventory control and the flow of materials through operations.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at better inventory accuracy and stronger operational performance.

What the Company Is Looking For

• Strong analytical thinking and solid problem-solving ability.
• Very organized work habits and close attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory systems, plus Excel.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing setting.
• An interest in process improvement and efficiency gains.

Preferred Background

Experience in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to communicate information clearly so others can understand and to exchange accurate information as needed. The job may involve standing and walking from time to time, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
