Inspection Coordinator Internship (Remote)

About the Opportunity

Join Seqto, a Paris-based business and management consulting firm serving global clients, as an Inspection Coordinator intern working remotely. This role provides hands-on experience coordinating inspections and supporting operational activities within a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule inspection activities across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote inspection offerings and generate potential leads.
• Assist human resources with onboarding and training new inspection team personnel.
• Use MS Excel to monitor and analyze inspection data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare detailed documents and presentations for management using MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Engage in business development tasks to help expand the company's client relationships and partnerships.
• Perform daily operational and administrative duties to maintain smooth workflow.
• Earn incentives ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000 for every candidate successfully placed on projects who completes a 3-month tenure; incentives may increase based on the placed candidate's salary.

Candidate Eligibility

• Availability to work entirely from home.
• Work schedule adherence from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST, aligning with company hours (11:30 am - 6:30 pm CET).
• Ability to commence the internship between August 6 and September 10, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 3-month internship duration.

Additional Information
