Role overview
As a Human Resource associate, you will partner with store leadership to support key people processes such as recruiting, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, attendance management, associate development, succession planning, and performance support. The role focuses on spotting HR-related concerns, analyzing them, and helping implement company HR programs and initiatives effectively.

Employment details
This is a full-time position with onsite work. Available shifts include opening and morning schedules.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this role is between $21 and $34. Pay will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Certain circumstances may also qualify for premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed. More than one premium may apply when eligibility conditions are met.
