Role overview
The Staffing Associate role is part of the Enterprise team and is meant for an HR professional who can support senior staffing team members. The main focus is on keeping staffing systems well-managed and reporting accurate so that consulting capacity and skill coverage are reflected correctly.
What you will do
- Keep current and upcoming staffing commitments documented as project needs change over time.
- Work with recruiting, staffing, and HR generalists to coordinate details for new hires.
- Track employee development goals, skills, and areas of expertise carefully.
- Enter demand into scheduling tools in coordination with scheduling leads.
- Prepare and circulate standard reports such as capacity and utilization reports.
- Create additional reports when needed on an ad hoc basis.
- Review hours reports, identify unusual cases, and route exceptions to the right stakeholders.
- Carry out periodic audits of the scheduling system to maintain data accuracy.
- Help employees with training on tools when required.

- A BA/BS degree with strong academic performance.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Education, training, or experience that aligns closely with the responsibilities of the role.
- Strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

- Strong attention to detail and a committed work style.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
