Role overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager who can take ownership of the organization’s people function and shape a strong workplace culture. This role focuses on strategic and operational HR leadership, including hiring, employee experience, performance, compliance, and workforce planning. The position is based onsite and is aimed at a manager/senior management profile.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle, covering hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and employee exits.
- Build and roll out HR policies, procedures, and practices that support business objectives.
- Plan workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, drive succession planning, and support retention efforts.
- Administer performance appraisal cycles and development initiatives for employees.
- Advise managers on people matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, payroll-related processes, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Lead programs that improve engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and organizational culture.
- Review HR data and workforce trends to guide leadership decisions.
- Organize training and learning initiatives that build employee capability and leadership strength.
- Maintain HR systems, employee files, and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to change management and broader business transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Prior experience in HR management or a senior-level human resources role.
- Solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and labor compliance.
- Background in designing and implementing HR policies and people programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Good conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, payroll coordination, and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Well-developed organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Experience working with business leaders on workforce and growth priorities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.
