Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the organization’s people operations and shape workforce strategy. This mid-level to senior management position covers the full spectrum of human resources, including hiring, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development, all in support of business growth and a healthy workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out HR policies, processes, and programs that support broader business goals.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates through hiring.
- Address employee concerns, manage workplace disputes, and support disciplinary processes when needed.
- Run performance management activities such as appraisals, KPI tracking, and development planning.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll support, and employee reward initiatives.
- Ensure company practices remain aligned with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal standards.
- Lead initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and wider organizational development efforts.
- Review HR data and metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Oversee learning and development efforts that strengthen employee capability.
- Manage HR platforms and tools, including HRIS, ATS, and related digital systems.
- Work closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in HR management, HR generalist work, or HR business partnering.
- Solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, and modern HR practices.
- Hands-on exposure to hiring, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and confidence in handling conflict.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are considered an advantage.
