Role Overview

Supermac’s in Ennis Town is hiring a full-time Grill Person to work in the grill area and help maintain food quality, speed, and presentation standards.

What the Role Involves

This position focuses on managing the grill section, where burgers are cooked and buns are toasted and finished according to company standards. The role also includes preparing other menu items such as the Wholesome Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the 5-oz burger range.

Key Duties

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items accurately and efficiently in line with the company’s operating standards.
• Store and rotate food products properly to meet company requirements.
• Keep the grill station and back kitchen areas clean at all times, including utensils, work surfaces, and floors, while following daily and weekly cleaning routines.
• Set up the restaurant at the start of the shift and close it down at the end of the day according to management expectations.
• Carry out reasonable instructions from the management team.
• Observe all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is hardworking, comfortable working under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team. Fluency in English and previous cooking experience are required. Full-time availability is needed, including Monday to Friday shifts and weekends.
