Role overview

This contract role is focused on building and supporting digital and visual creative assets across web and marketing properties for lottery, casino, and sports game lines, as well as player segments and other business groups. Creative production responsibilities

  • Develop original creative concepts and execute a broad mix of communication assets for channels such as digital advertising, owned digital media, direct marketing, direct mail, print, and digital out-of-home placements.
  • Create responsive content that works well across different media formats and is built from a central creative idea.
  • Handle digital content for campaigns, new game releases, player segments such as new, current, and retained users, promotional activity including contests, sweepstakes, and lifecycle bonusing, as well as player communications like email and direct mail.
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing in tools such as Adobe Target or similar platforms, including alternate colors, copy lines, calls to action, and visual options.
  • Work with copywriters, the UX manager, content authors, content specialists, and campaign delivery managers to generate ideas that support business objectives and KPIs.
  • Partner with senior creative production leadership, campaign delivery managers, copywriters, and content authors to deliver creative requests that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients through development and finalization to confirm that requirements and business goals are satisfied.
  • Recommend best-practice approaches that help achieve business outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce brand-aligned digital content based on brand identity and enterprise brand positioning.
  • Manage asset versions carefully to maintain quality and delivery control.
  • Build and maintain an organized asset library in line with team standards.
  • Provide creative files to content authors and campaign delivery managers for website and app updates, or work directly in AEM to create banners, pages, and layouts.
  • Support ad hoc projects and internal communications when needed.
  • Adapt agency-developed creative concepts into owned-channel assets where required.
  • Perform active QA on deliverables and coordinate with the design team for additional quality checks when needed.
  • Keep up with design and advertising trends to ensure the work reflects current industry practices.
  • Produce compliant, accessible, and inclusive creative that respects diversity and language standards and appeals to a broad audience.

Experience and technical requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in web design and creative asset development using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, along with Figma or similar design software.
  • Working knowledge of motion and editing tools including Adobe After Effects, Encoder, and Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of CSS preprocessors such as SASS and LESS.
  • Experience with AEM is considered an advantage.
