Full/Part-time Financial Services Consultant (SG/PR only) (Basic + Comms)

What the Role Offers

• Base pay ranges from S$3,000 to S$7,000 per month, depending on your experience and previous salary, with commissions and bonuses paid on top.

• You will be placed with one of the company’s leading agencies and receive structured training and guidance from the outset.
• A wide range of cold-market channels is provided so you can build sales without needing to rely on friends and family, if you prefer not to.
• Support will be given to help you close your first few policies and build early momentum in the role.
• Over time, you may move into areas such as investments, corporate insurance and group employee benefits, or general insurance sales.
• There are clear growth paths toward senior consultant positions or team/agency leadership for high performers.
• Work arrangement is flexible: you choose your working days and hours, and may work from home or in the office.
• Successful consultants can qualify for fully paid annual incentive trips to Europe and the Americas.
• Applicants with prior consulting experience may be considered for a senior title.

Responsibilities

• Assess the financial objectives of individual or business clients and recommend suitable investment, insurance, or savings solutions.
• Deliver a high-quality advisory experience and maintain strong customer service standards.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Only Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents may apply; there is no quota for foreign applicants.
• A minimum of a diploma from a locally recognised polytechnic, or an equivalent overseas qualification, is required.
• No previous work experience is necessary.
• Holding RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications is an advantage.
• Selected candidates must pass four exams before starting: RES5, M9, M9A, and HI.
• Exam fees will be fully paid by the employer.

Additional Information

This role is offered as full-time or part-time, with an onsite arrangement that also allows flexible work-from-home options. Experienced consultants may be appointed at senior level.
