Role Overview

APRH Madagascar is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to join its analytics function on a full-time, on-site basis in Australia. This opportunity is suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in data analysis.

The role focuses on working with both structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that help shape business decisions and improve performance.

What You’ll Do

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, arrange, and prepare it for analysis.
• Study datasets to spot trends, patterns, and useful business insights.
• Create reports and dashboards that stakeholders can use for decision-making.
• Track and support key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring.
• Assist with data visualization activities and presentation of findings.
• Help maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable data records.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver useful analysis.
• Document analysis methods and contribute to improving data workflows over time.

Skills and Background

The ideal applicant should be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable solving problems. A strong desire to learn and develop in the field is important.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar tools will be considered an added advantage. A basic understanding of statistics and data visualization principles is helpful, though not mandatory. Clear communication and the ability to explain data in a simple way are also important.
