The role
As the Founder Content Manager, you will define how the founder appears online by turning conversations, ideas, customer insight, product development, leadership moments and day-to-day life into compelling social content.
This is a chance to help build a founder-led brand from the ground up and influence how one of Britain’s fastest-growing bridal fashion businesses tells its story through the person behind it.
You will work closely with Lucy as a trusted creative partner. Your work will involve coming up with ideas, capturing content, producing, editing and publishing it, while also spotting which moments are worth turning into stories. A strong understanding of social storytelling, audience psychology and online culture will help you recognise what will connect with people and express it through Lucy’s perspective.
You will bring together entrepreneurship, the Six Stories brand, creativity, fashion, modern love, leadership, motherhood and business-building into one cohesive founder presence. You will know when to ask a follow-up question, when to push an idea further and when an ordinary exchange has the potential to become standout content.
This role is highly hands-on. You will think, film, edit, write, organise and publish in a fast-paced setting, staying close to the action and understanding that the strongest stories rarely wait for a calendar slot.
You will also understand how founder content supports a broader social-first marketing strategy, producing work that strengthens Six Stories, supports campaigns and contributes to the wider content ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage founder-led content that supports both the founder brand and Six Stories.
- Capture important moments, ideas and conversations and turn them into publishable stories.
- Film, edit, write, organise and post content across relevant social channels.
- Work closely with Lucy to shape content ideas, angles and narratives.
- Maintain a strong visual standard across every piece of content.
- Create and maintain a founder content calendar, while staying responsive to real-time opportunities.
- Organise content assets so they can be reused and repurposed easily.
- Support founder podcast and speaking content.
- Track founder content performance and use insights to improve future output.
- Help grow the founder brand alongside the Six Stories brand.
- Manage all founder social activity with a strategic and commercial mindset.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating high-quality social-first content for a founder, brand or public personality.
- Strong filming and editing ability.
- Excellent judgement and creative taste.
- High level of trustworthiness and discretion.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable working mostly in person with the founder.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and identify opportunities without constant direction.
- Curious, commercially aware and able to draw stories out of people.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and energised by momentum.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and what earns attention.
