First Officer

Job purpose

Total pay and benefits

• Tax-free annual compensation of up to AED 900,000 (USD 245,000) overall.
• Annual cash earnings of AED 385,000 (USD 105,000), made up of basic pay and flying pay.
• Average monthly take-home pay of AED 32,100 (USD 8,750), calculated on 85 flying hours per month.
• Accommodation provided by the company, including utilities.
• Education support of AED 52,250 for primary school and AED 79,750 for secondary school, available for up to 3 children.
• 42 calendar days of annual leave.
• Confirmed annual leave tickets for the employee and eligible dependents, with the option to upgrade to Business Class.

Qualification and experience

Applicants must have at least 2,000 hours of total flying time. Pilots with 4,000 hours or more may qualify for an improved salary package.

B777 criteria

• At least 2,000 hours total flying time on jet aircraft of 20T or above, excluding P3, rotary, and single- or multi-engine piston aircraft.
• At least 1,000 hours on Boeing aircraft type.
• Currently operating on Boeing type aircraft.
• At least 150 hours flown on type in the last 12 months.
• Valid ICAO ATPL and an Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate that matches the license.
• ICAO English proficiency level 4 or higher.

A380 and A350 criteria

• At least 2,000 hours total flying time on jet aircraft of 50T or above, excluding P3, rotary, and single- or multi-engine piston aircraft.
• At least 1,000 hours on Airbus FBW aircraft.
• Currently operating Airbus FBW aircraft.
• At least 150 hours flown on type in the last 12 months.
• Valid ICAO ATPL and a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English proficiency level 4 or higher.

Enhanced package criteria

• 4,000 hours total flying time on jet aircraft of 20T or above, excluding P3 and rotary aircraft.
• At least 2,000 hours total flying time on jet aircraft of 50T or above.
• ICAO English proficiency level 5 or higher.

Frozen ATPL note

Candidates who meet the requirements and hold a Frozen ATPL may be invited for assessment, provided they accept the FATPL terms and conditions.

Documents to upload

• CV.
• Passport.
• ATPL with the type rating for the aircraft currently flown. If holding a Frozen ATPL, upload the CPL and proof of ATPL theory exams completed successfully.
• Class 1 medical certificate with no limitations, except for visual correction.
