Role overview

The Electrical Foreman will lead the day-to-day electrical works at the project site. Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and organize daily electrical installation work on site, covering LV, MV, and other related systems where required.

  • Carry out work according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and instructions from the Electrical Site Engineer.

  • Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure pending rectifications are completed on time.
  • Guide and coach electrical workers on the job to improve workmanship and output.
  • Support cable pulling, cable termination, panel installation, lighting fixture installation, containment system installation, and related electrical work.
  • Keep up to date with evolving installation methods, materials, and technologies relevant to electrical construction.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and experience

  • An Electrical Diploma from a recognized technical or industrial institute, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in electrical site execution, preferably on building services, MEP, commercial, residential, hospitality, or similar construction projects.
