Shift: Day

Wage: $17.20 to $20.15

What You Will Do

• Support the delivery of office products and furniture on assigned routes while following internal timing and quality expectations.
• Help customers as needed, including assisting with issue resolution.
• Deliver items, collect returns when requested, obtain signatures, and complete the necessary paperwork.
• Respond to customer concerns and escalate unresolved matters to the supervisor.
• Follow safe work methods and help keep the vehicle clean.
• Work closely each day with warehouse staff, transportation staff, and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance; prior experience with a hand truck or dolly is preferred.
• Ability to read maps, navigate routes, and use mobile Proof of Delivery devices.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• A driver's license is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

• Work is performed near mechanical equipment.
• Duties must be completed across assigned routes in all weather and road conditions.
• The work environment is generally moderately noisy.
