Delivery Driver

Role overview

This position involves operating a delivery vehicle to move products and items between locations for Cosmic Pizza & Donair in Stettler, Alberta. The work must be carried out in person at the physical workplace; remote work is not available.

Language

English is required for this role.

Education

A secondary school graduation certificate is needed.

Experience

Applicants should bring 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Key duties

• Drive cars, vans, and light trucks to collect and deliver a variety of goods and products.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Pass delivery or route-related information to central dispatch.
• Sell merchandise along assigned routes where required.
• Assemble, install, and set up products or merchandise.
• Package, prepare, and replenish stock as needed.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Carry out pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle checks and monitor the vehicle throughout the trip.

License and certification

A valid Class 5/5F/G licence is required for cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles.
