About the role
In this Operations Support Agent position, you will help maintain the accuracy and reliability of client information inside the company’s digital finance systems. The job centers on checking both paper-based and electronic records sent by clients and creditors, confirming critical information, and making sure client data is correctly uploaded and updated. Success in this role depends on careful attention to detail, the ability to stay organized in a busy environment, and strong teamwork across departments. You will also be responsible for scanning files, updating records, initiating customer service-related requests, and handling confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
Core responsibilities
- Examine incoming paper and digital documents from clients and creditors and confirm the accuracy of important details.
- Enter data and maintain records in internal systems and databases.
- Scan documents, upload files, and follow the required documentation workflow.
- Keep client information current and consistent across different operational queues.
- Work with multiple teams to ensure information remains aligned and accurate.
- Protect sensitive client data by following established security and handling procedures.
- Support customer service requests and communicate with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Organize tasks effectively and manage workload in a fast-moving setting.
Qualifications
- Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Strong accuracy and a detail-oriented working style.
- Ability to juggle several tasks while keeping quality high.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a changing, high-volume environment.
- Prior exposure to administrative work or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Confidence in using personal judgment and maintaining confidentiality when needed.
