About the Company

Role Overview
This position supports customer success, service, and account management activities, helping strengthen the company’s customer support operations and backend service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and requests through multiple channels, including SAMA Care, phone, email, live chat, and social media, while keeping interactions efficient and seamless.
- Deliver timely and accurate service to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet overall customer service performance expectations.
- Identify client needs and provide the assistance required.
- Ensure customer service practices align with regulatory standards, including the proper handling of formal complaints raised to regulators.
- Track client complaints through to resolution.
Skills and Experience
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Confidence, self-awareness, and a willingness to keep improving professionally.
- Recent graduate status with 0 to 1 year of experience in the financial services or technology sector.
