Role Overview

The New York City office is looking for a hands-on and imaginative Creative Content Specialist to join the Marketing & Creative team. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 40-hour workweek and an immediate start. You will work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer and other team members to create and refine marketing materials, social content, product catalogs, email visuals, web assets, photography outputs, and video content. Creative Design, Content Production & Graphic Editing

  • Partner with marketing and creative colleagues, including the Lead Graphics Designer and Stylist, to build visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Create and refine graphics, short videos, photography assets, product visuals, and other multimedia content for different platforms.
  • Provide production assistance by keeping files organized, uploading assets, and supporting catalog workflows, including generating scannable product codes during peak catalog seasons.
  • Develop branded campaign creative while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines, visual identity rules, typography, color standards, and messaging.
  • Retouch photos, improve image quality, and prepare files for digital, print, and vendor use.
  • Maintain clean asset libraries, version control, and efficient production processes to support timely delivery of marketing materials.

AI Proficiency

  • Use AI-powered creative tools to assist with design, content development, and multimedia production.
  • Apply prompting techniques to generate, improve, and fine-tune creative output while preserving brand quality and consistency.

Qualifications
