Role Overview

This position is centered on supporting Strategic Sourcing through project coordination, supplier relationship management, contract administration, and reporting/documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Sourcing team by helping build RFPs and KPIs that improve consistency in reporting, project coordination, and responsiveness.
• Oversee contract workflows and help draft, review, validate, and maintain supplier contracts, amendments, and new vendor onboarding documents.
• Coordinate closely with Suppliers, Operations, Clinical, and Supply Chain teams to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Create and deliver reports covering vendor spend, rebate outcomes, contract renewals/expirations, and supplier scorecards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Gather supplier data required for KPI tracking and reporting.
• Communicate progress and needs to internal and external stakeholders across projects and initiatives.
• Assist with resolving supplier-related issues.
• Research suppliers and market conditions to support competitive pricing and quality decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in healthcare is considered an advantage.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid driver’s license and meet the driving-record standards required by the company’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

• Project management tool experience such as Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus.
