Content and Event Experience Design Intern

About the Internship

This internship offers a unique role blending brand design, live event coordination, learning content creation, and AI-enhanced creativity. Daily tasks involve designing social media posts, developing storyboards for learning slides, and managing event signage setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital and print-ready assets for corporate events, including invitations, signage, kits, and presentation decks.
• Develop concepts and design materials for activities, presentations, and learning modules geared towards team development.
• Support event day logistics, setup, execution, and troubleshooting, working onsite alongside vendors and internal teams.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools like Claude, Gemini, and AI image generators to boost and expedite asset creation workflows.
• Critically assess and polish AI-produced designs to uphold professional quality standards.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internships starting between August 11 and September 15, 2026, lasting 3 months.
• A solid portfolio showcasing design skills with any medium demonstrating thoughtful design concepts is essential.
• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI-powered creative tools is important.
• Proficiency with design platforms such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
• Willingness to work onsite for events including flexible hours, possibly early mornings or late evenings.
• Beneficial but not mandatory: experience with instructional design or learning and development content and involvement in live event roles.
