Team Environment
The team handles ideation, planning, coordination, analysis, prioritization, and communication between clients and project teams. Members help guide product direction sprint by sprint and often take on overlapping responsibilities such as product ownership, scrum support, and delivery coordination.
This position is based in the Chicago office and requires on-site attendance three days per week.
What You Will Do
You will provide support across consulting, delivery operations, workforce coordination, and executive/organizational initiatives.
Product and Consulting Support
- Help with discovery, strategy, and vision-setting activities for both prospective and current clients.
- Prepare client-facing materials such as proposals, statements of work, presentations, and feature summaries.
- Research markets, competitors, vendors, and industry trends to support recommendations and decisions.
- Assist with workshop preparation, meeting notes, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
- Build and update Miro boards, planning tools, and workshop materials.
PMO and Delivery Operations
- Work with department leadership to define, monitor, and progress quarterly objectives and key results.
- Support leadership reviews by organizing project health metrics, escalations, staffing requirements, and action items.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts related to project delivery and reporting.
Workforce Planning
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruiting support for the PMO team as needed.
- Assist in planning, onboarding, coordination, and execution of the summer internship program.
- Partner with Operations on contractor and vendor sourcing through research, coordination, and onboarding support.
Executive and Organizational Support
- Organize leadership meetings, department forums, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Support selected strategic partnerships by arranging meetings, tracking follow-ups, and enabling collaboration.
- Prepare agendas, documentation, action items, and executive-level summaries.
- Assist with company-wide initiatives, offsites, team events, internship programs, and philanthropic efforts.
- Contribute to special workstreams tied to AI adoption, organizational change, delivery excellence, and operational maturity.
Requirements
- Prior client-facing experience is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant operational and/or product experience in consulting.
- Strong energy, a collaborative mindset, creativity, and the ability to influence strategically.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Sound judgment and professional maturity.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, think analytically, lead others, and execute projects effectively.
- Comfort working hands-on and a willingness to keep learning.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond the minimum when needed.
Preferred Experience
- CSPO or PMP certification.
- Experience with Jira Software and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience using professional services automation tools such as Kantata.

Additional Information
Base pay is guided by the scope of the role, skills, experience, and market conditions. The stated salary range is USD 70,000 to USD 80,000 per year.
