Collection Specialist

Role overview

As a Collection Specialist, you will support customers by guiding them through repayment, clarifying loan-related terms, and handling their concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Share key loan information, including due dates, repayment amounts, interest, charges, and other payment-related details.
• Explain the available payment methods and walk customers through the repayment process.
• Address queries connected to loan disbursal as well as repayment matters.
• Communicate in a courteous, clear, and effective manner throughout customer calls.

Skills and qualifications

• A full-time undergraduate degree is required.
• Previous experience in calling or voice-based work will be considered an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are needed.
• You should be able to manage customer conversations calmly, patiently, and with clarity.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
