Role Overview
This position focuses on expanding business partnerships in Saudi Arabia’s non-beauty retail space. The role involves building strong merchant relationships, driving cooperation from first contact through execution, and supporting growth through market insight and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach non-beauty brand owners and brand distributors across Saudi Arabia to develop long-term partnerships and grow the merchant network.
- Handle the full business collaboration cycle independently, including needs gathering, proposal preparation, negotiations, agreement finalization, and coordination with internal operations teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage growth metrics such as the number of partner merchants and GMV, review performance data, spot bottlenecks, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Track local non-beauty consumer trends, competitor activity, and policy updates, then turn findings into reports that help guide strategy changes.
Requirements
- Prior access to local non-beauty brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia is essential; existing cooperation channels will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in non-beauty category business development or operations on marketplaces such as Amazon or Noon will be preferred.
- Strong command of English across speaking, reading, writing, and listening is required, with the ability to use English as the working language independently.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation ability and the capability to combine and leverage business resources effectively.
- Comfortable working under target-driven pressure and delivering against performance goals.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the Middle East non-beauty segment.
