Role Overview

This position is for a motivated and flexible Business Development Representative who will help grow outbound pipeline for mid-market and enterprise accounts. The role is one of the earliest customer touchpoints and carries responsibility for building pipeline from the ground up.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive team, support pipeline targets, and gain direct exposure to the full sales process. The role also offers practical experience with AI-enabled sales tools in a company that actively uses AI across its workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing outbound prospecting for mid-market and enterprise accounts through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Working in close partnership with a paired Enterprise Account Executive on target accounts, pipeline priorities, and lead handoffs
  • Researching companies, finding the right decision-makers and stakeholders, and tailoring messaging to improve response rates
  • Using AI and sales automation tools to increase efficiency and personalize outreach at scale
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and events across North America about 3 to 5 times per year
  • Coordinating with Partnerships, Marketing, and Events to uncover new lead sources and outbound angles
