About the Opportunity
This role sits within a fast-scaling IT services and digital transformation business operating across the Middle East. The company helps organizations adopt modern technology through services such as cloud migration, ERP upgrades, and cybersecurity support. Based in Saudi Arabia, the team works closely with senior business and technology leaders to connect technology initiatives with commercial goals and support digital growth aligned with Vision 2030. The business is expanding quickly and is looking for experienced business development professionals to drive regional revenue growth and develop long-term client relationships.
Role and Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and convert new sales opportunities in the enterprise and mid-market IT services space in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead discovery conversations with CIOs, CTOs, and procurement stakeholders to understand business challenges and position suitable technology solutions.
- Create strong value propositions, prepare responses to RFPs, and build commercial proposals customized to each industry, including BFSI, healthcare, and government.
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to define solution architecture and confirm that client needs can be delivered effectively.
- Manage the full sales process from initial lead generation through negotiation, closure, and smooth transition to the delivery team.
- Monitor pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and market insights, then share findings with leadership to help shape go-to-market direction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong background in selling IT services and technology solutions to businesses.
- Ability to sell consultatively in B2B environments.
- Experience handling RFPs and related sales documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Skilled in writing business proposals and commercial submissions.
- Comfort using Microsoft Power BI for reporting or analysis.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 digital programs and priorities.
- Prior success in selling IT solutions to government or public sector clients.
