About the opportunity

Creed is hiring a Boutique Manager for its new Kildare Village boutique, scheduled to open in mid-August 2026. This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours across 5 days each week. The role suits someone who is passionate about luxury retail, motivated to create impact, and eager to help shape the future of the business.

Role purpose

The Boutique Manager is central to protecting the brand’s premium image while delivering an exceptional client journey. The role focuses on sharing deep product knowledge, inspiring the team, growing sales, and ensuring every customer receives service that reflects the highest luxury standards.

Core responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the full day-to-day running of the boutique and ensure sales, service, and operational standards remain consistently excellent.

Team leadership and product expertise

• Build strong expertise in Creed fragrances and ensure the team develops the same level of product understanding.
• Guide, encourage, and train Luxury Brand Ambassadors on an ongoing basis.
• Set clear expectations, provide support, and respond quickly when team issues arise.

Sales, service, and merchandising

• Work toward sales targets and maintain stock at healthy levels.
• Deliver memorable client experiences that strengthen loyalty to the brand.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique.
• Take ownership of all daily activities needed to deliver luxury retail excellence.

Stakeholder and promotional support

• Develop and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with external agencies to deliver promotional activity successfully.
• Spot opportunities for promotions that can raise brand awareness and improve sales.

Compliance, administration, and reporting

• Follow company policies and keep administrative processes efficient and well organised.
• Stay current on market and industry trends and share useful insight to support business performance.
• Keep communication clear with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular updates on sales performance and related activities.

Reporting line

The role reports directly to the Sales & Education Manager and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, high-quality customer experience.

Location

The position is based in the new Creed boutique in Kildare Village, County Kildare, Ireland.
