Core responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the full day-to-day running of the boutique and ensure sales, service, and operational standards remain consistently excellent.

Team leadership and product expertise

  • Build strong expertise in Creed fragrances and ensure the team develops the same level of product understanding.
  • Guide, encourage, and train Luxury Brand Ambassadors on an ongoing basis.
  • Set clear expectations, provide support, and respond quickly when team issues arise.

Sales, service, and merchandising

  • Work toward sales targets and maintain stock at healthy levels.
  • Deliver memorable client experiences that strengthen loyalty to the brand.
