The job is based in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time position and is not remote.

Core Duties

The role centers on guest-facing service and support in food and beverage operations. Typical work includes preparing guest areas, coordinating with the kitchen, engaging with diners, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area and related supplies.

The position also requires a proactive attitude toward service, with the expectation that each guest interaction contributes positively to the overall experience.

Professional Standards

Maintaining a safe work environment, following company rules and operating procedures, meeting quality expectations, and keeping a polished appearance and communication style are all essential parts of the role.

The work is physically active and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including movement across uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces. The role also requires reading and checking menu information carefully, and handling tasks that may include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Items handled may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent education is preferred. Related work experience of less than 1 year is expected, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is required.
