Barista

Role Overview

We are looking for a Barista in Singapore to prepare beverages to a high standard, deliver prompt service, and support a smooth day-to-day customer experience. The role involves working on-site during daytime hours and requires strong communication and customer service ability.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages while maintaining the expected quality level.
• Make drinks accurately in line with each customer order.
• Operate, care for, and keep all equipment in good working condition.
• Take and respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient way.
• Process cash and card transactions correctly and follow proper cash-handling practices.
• Provide fast and efficient service to customers.
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of the full menu.
• Follow applicable health and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well in English.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work during the day.
• Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience will be given priority.
