Role overview

We are looking for a skilled baker to join a busy bakery team in Cromer, New South Wales. This is a hands-on, early-start role where you will help produce high-quality baked goods for customers each day. The environment is lively and pacey, with a strong focus on teamwork, learning, and building capability for the future.

Working pattern

This position follows Roster option 1, with shifts from Monday to Friday, starting at 3:00 AM and finishing at 12:00 PM.

Key responsibilities
