Role overview

BNT is seeking a capable and driven people leader to step into the Assistant Branch Manager role at the Upper Hutt branch. In this position, you will support the Branch Manager and help keep the branch operating smoothly while contributing to commercial performance.

You will be responsible for guiding a mixed team that includes customer service staff, drivers and warehouse assistants, while also supporting the branch’s internal day-to-day operations. The role has oversight of customer service, warehouse and delivery activity, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and customer experience.
