About the Company
Mahansaria Group promotes Ascenso, an off-highway tyre brand under Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited (MTPL). The business represents the family’s third venture and is backed by more than thirty years of industry experience. Over that period, the promoters have created two well-known off-highway tyre brands with a global presence.
MTPL benefits from the leadership and expertise of Ashok Mahansaria and Yogesh Mahansaria, who drive the company’s strategy and growth. The company has established a greenfield off-highway tyre manufacturing facility in Panoli, Gujarat, built across 127 acres / 55,30,000 sq. ft. The plant is designed for a total capacity of 70,000 MT in two phases, with phase one at 40,000 MT and phase two at 30,000 MT.
Ascenso serves major global segments including Agriculture, Industrial & Construction, Earth Mover, Material Handling, and Agro-Forestry. In the last three years, the brand has expanded its portfolio by adding 500+ tyre sizes and now reaches customers in more than 85 countries. The company offers a broad range of tyres and also customizes solutions based on customer or application-specific needs, with the goal of becoming the most preferred brand in the off-highway tyre industry.
Job Summary
The Area Manager will be responsible for leading sales performance across the assigned territory for Reise Moto. The position calls for a target-oriented professional who can grow primary and secondary sales, strengthen dealer and distributor channels, and implement initiatives that improve market share and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the territory.
- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Increase both primary and secondary sales volumes.
- Plan and implement sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Supervise and guide the sales executive team.
- Track market movements and competitor activity closely.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Oversee smooth order flow and inventory control.
- Carry out branding and point-of-sale visibility activities.
- Compile sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in tyre sales or automotive sales.
- A well-established dealer and distributor network in the assigned region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
- Readiness to travel extensively as part of the role.
