Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah for an Academic Coordinator. The role focuses on shaping and improving the academic program by guiding curriculum development, supporting students through academic advising, coordinating learning initiatives, and carrying out research to strengthen the school’s offerings. The coordinator will work closely with teachers, help develop academic policies, and ensure all academic activities stay aligned with the British curriculum and the school’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support curriculum planning and development across academic programs.
- Provide academic guidance and advisory support where needed.
- Organize and coordinate educational initiatives and school learning activities.
- Research practices and improvements that can enhance academic quality.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain consistency and effectiveness in delivery.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of academic policies.
- Ensure all educational activities remain aligned with the British curriculum and institutional standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Background in education and curriculum development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide academic advice.
- Capability to carry out detailed and effective research.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in academic leadership will be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related discipline.
