About the internship

Not That High is building a party-tech brand that goes beyond products. The company began as a D2C label for distinctive party items and is now expanding into a technology platform that helps people book party venues, discover party-related products and services, and manage events more easily. The goal is to become a leading name in India for everything related to partying.

This internship is for someone who understands that effective social media work is not just about posting regularly, but about shaping a brand people want to follow and engage with. If you know how to build communities, work with platform algorithms, and turn content into real conversations, this role could be a strong fit.

What you will do

• Handle the brand’s activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Create and manage monthly content plans.
• Schedule and publish posts across different social channels.
• Write captions that reflect the brand’s tone and personality.
• Grow and interact with the online community.
• Watch trends closely and spot new content opportunities.
• Review performance metrics and use insights to improve results.
• Work with designers and content creators to keep execution smooth.

Additional information

This internship is focused on community-building rather than just managing social pages. It is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Indore and lasts for 3 months. The selected candidate must be able to start immediately within the stated application window. Freshers who are looking for jobs may also be considered.

Terms and compensation

The stipend for this internship is INR 4,999 to 14,999 per month. The last date to apply is 3 August 2026 at 11:59 PM. On conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary is INR 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 per year.

Eligibility
