About the Company

Cosmx is a youth-focused holistic wellness platform designed to help people find clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance. It brings together trusted modern guides across eight areas: fortune telling, handwriting and face analysis, vastu alignment, numerology, tarot reading, astrology, wellness and life coaching, and healing and energy work. With live sessions, masterclasses, journeys, and other meaningful experiences, the platform aims to make personal guidance more approachable, genuine, and useful for young users navigating relationships, career choices, emotional well-being, and personal change.

About the Internship

This role is for someone who can operate as a marketer, community builder, culture observer, and hands-on executor all at once. The position calls for a person who understands youth culture deeply, cares about wellness and personal growth, and is motivated to create real impact through brand and community work.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and expand the brand’s presence on social platforms.
Develop ideas for content, reels, trends, stories, and campaigns that connect with young audiences.
Assist with PR efforts, partnerships, and brand tie-ups.
Create and manage campus ambassador networks across colleges.
Plan and run youth-centric activations and community events.
Collaborate with guides, creators, and wellness specialists on launches and campaigns.
Contribute to growth in app installs, engagement, and community activity.
Take ownership of varied tasks, from preparing strategy decks to supporting on-ground execution.

Who Can Apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 24th Jun'26 and 29th Jul'26, are available for a 6-month internship, are based in Mumbai, and bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Requirements

A student or recent graduate with strong communication abilities.
Good awareness of Gen Z culture beyond just following online trends.
Interest in wellness, mental health, self-development, or conscious living.
Well organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting.
Self-driven and willing to figure things out independently when needed.
Extra advantage if you have previously led a college fest, campus community, social page, creator account, or youth-led initiative.

Additional Information

Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
