Workday Integration Consultants Bootcamp

Overview

This opening is a two-day, in-person bootcamp in Tirana focused on Workday integrations. Participants will tackle real business and integration scenarios in a practical, team-oriented setting, work through technical problems, and present their solutions while gaining exposure to Deloitte’s project style and Workday integration work.

Bootcamp timeline

• Applications are accepted from June through August.
• Shortlisting and invitations run from 9 to 18 September.
• The final bootcamp stage takes place on 24 and 25 September.
• Final outcomes and offer decisions are expected by the end of September to early October.

What you will do during the bootcamp

• Work through live integration and business cases.
• Complete practical technical exercises.
• Collaborate in group-based problem solving.
• Share and present your proposed solutions and ideas.
• Gain exposure to Workday and Deloitte’s working style.

Future role expectations

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Collect and record business and technical requirements.
• Convert business needs into integration solutions.
• Recommend best-practice approaches and design choices to clients.
• Investigate and resolve integration and platform issues.
• Work with international teams on delivery and support activities.
• Join client workshops and demonstrate solutions.

What the employer is looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in integrations, XML-based technologies, or software development.
• Practical knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Hands-on exposure to APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud or enterprise platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven work style with the ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in an international setting.
• Confidence in supporting client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• High motivation to learn and grow in consulting and HR technology.
• An adaptable, proactive mindset suited to a fast-moving environment.
