Role Overview
In this position, you will serve as the main customer experience champion for the wireless department. The role is sales-focused and centered on helping customers and business clients find wireless solutions that support their work and learning needs. You will also keep expanding your own knowledge of wireless products, services, and market trends, while sharing that expertise with store colleagues and other teams.
What You Will Do
- Build relationships with customers, identify wireless and wireline sales opportunities, and help turn them into sales.
- Understand customer needs, offer product and service guidance, and follow up afterward to gather feedback and present relevant add-ons that create value.
- Work with the store team to increase awareness of current offers, generate interest in wireless solutions, and encourage referrals.
- Meet individual sales targets consistently.
- Keep merchandising displays aligned with company standards, including accurate and current pricing.
- Follow asset protection practices and privacy requirements.
- Use internal communication tools such as the mobile app, intranet, and bulletin boards to stay informed.
- Resolve customer issues when possible and involve management when needed.
Qualifications
Success in this role calls for prior wireless or general sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across different channels. You should be organized, self-directed, comfortable with technology, and able to coach or support others when needed. A curious, approachable, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset will help you thrive.
Experience
The ideal candidate has between 3 months and 1 year of experience in wireless sales or sales more broadly.
