Welcome Ambassador (Bellman)

Role overview

W Hotels is looking for a Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) to support guests from arrival through departure and help create a polished, memorable stay. This role is part of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team in Dubai and focuses on making each guest interaction feel smooth, helpful, and distinctive.

Key accountabilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure while helping shape a positive first and last impression.
• Support arrival and departure activities by guiding guests and handling service needs in a seamless way.
• Assist with operational tasks, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share helpful information about the local area when needed.
• Handle transactions and service touchpoints so they feel like a natural part of the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Protect company assets, keep information confidential, and maintain professional standards in appearance and communication.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Working conditions

This is a full-time, non-management position based in West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is not remote. The job is physically active and requires extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, along with hands-on movement such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. Candidates must be able to manage items up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent qualification is preferred. No previous related work experience is required, and supervisory experience is not needed. No license or certification is required for this role.
