Web Developer - AI Trainer

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer - AI Trainer to support the advancement of AI systems. In this role, you will join a large and expanding community of technical professionals working on practical AI development tasks across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering areas.

The platform combines flexibility with technically challenging work. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on programming assignments such as designing and solving coding challenges, building polished applications with rich features, and drawing insights from data analysis and visualization. Your output contributes directly to improving intelligent systems as they learn and evolve.

Some contributors use this work as a side engagement alongside a full-time job, while others make it their main focus and select projects and schedules based on their own availability and goals.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that functions as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will then become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and solve a wide range of coding tasks used to train AI models, with a strong focus on Android development.
• Produce concise, high-quality code examples along with thorough explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
• Prior experience with Kotlin is preferred.
• Working knowledge of at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Very good writing ability and grammar.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress.
• Background as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.

Working model and payment

This is an independent contractor role. You can choose the projects you want and work according to your own schedule, from your own computer and home. Compensation starts at hourly rates of $50 to $100+, with some assignments paying more. Payment is made through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal.

Eligibility

This opportunity is available only to applicants located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates outside these locations will not currently see assessments or work on the platform.
